Kundalini Yoga contains the inner teachings of Hatha Yoga. The combination of breathing techniques, stretching postures, relaxation, and meditation clears the energy channels so as to brings calm and balance to the mind and promote healing. Deep meditation becomes much easier once you have cleared the blockages in the energy flow. Kundalini Yoga can be practised without conflict with any religious faith you might have and can be used for self-healing, keeping fit, releasing stress, as well as relaxing and centering the mind. All are welcome since everyone can go at their own pace.
Rex Beynon M.A., R.P.P., has practised and taught Kundalini Yoga for the past 25 years, under the guidance of Yogi Bhajan. He has completed several teacher training programmes in the U.S.A. where he lived for 18 years, and also brings to his teaching the experience gained from years of study with Tibetan and Taoist yoga masters. He is also a practitioner and teacher of Polarity Therapy.
